Our refund policy allows for refunds within 72 hours of purchase. After this period, we cannot offer full refunds or exchanges.

To be eligible for a refund, the service must be unused and in the same condition as when purchased. Proof of purchase is required.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 calendar days.

Partial refunds

We may grant partial refunds in certain situations:

Refund requested after 72 hours but within 7 days of purchase

Services partially delivered or work has begun

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
